Rizkat (36) from Yorkshire, England, Sheffield
About me
I'm a broad shouldered biker/rocker type, looking for somebody to share the highs and lows of life with. A best friend and partner combined would be the ideal dream but i'm realistic enough to be flexible as long as you're honest. Ask me what you like and i'll give you an honest answer [unless it's my bank account details! :) ]. Hope to hear from you.

About me
- Where I liveSouth Sheffield - it's an ideal place to live for me. There's all the conveniences of a big city to call on, and yet 5 minutes from my house and i'm across the Derbyshire border and in the countryside.
- Where are you originally from?Sheffield, born and bred yorkshireman.
- Do you want to stay there?I love the city and the area, i'd be quite happy to spend my life here.
- What is your occupation?IT Technician, working in a hospital at the moment helping to keep the systems running.
- What have you done so far?I've been a shop assistant for 4 years in an army store, a factory worker and machine setter for 18 months, in a callcenter for 18 months doing IT support, probation service for 6 months upgrading their system and helpdesk work, and now the hospital for 2.5 years amongst other things.
- What are your future plans?I don't plan too far ahead. Where i work is going downhill so I'll probably move on soon to a better paid job with the extra experience i've gained. Short term goals are get my bikes repainted and running well for the summer, do a bit of work around the house and enjoy life as much as possible.
- Your perfect partnerSomebody with the same degree of loyalty as myself is important to me - I don't play around behind people's backs and don't expect it in return. Other than that i'd like somebody who enjoys life and is friendly and open. Physically i'm quite attracted to cuddly women with curves but that is NOT a hard and fast rule. If their personality attracts me then I can find a wide range of body shapes very sexy.
Stuff I like
- What are you interests/hobbies?Science, Motorbikes, Mechanics, Technology in general. I read a lot and have around 400 paperback books - mostly science fiction and fantasy as i'm an escapist. I turn myself to a wide variety of practical tasks and enjoy creating or repairing things.
- MusicI'll listen to anything from Classical to Heavy Metal, but I don't really like Rave / dance / hiphop type stuff. In general, if it's got a good beat to it then it has a chance with me.
- Your fav tv seriesI hardly ever watch TV as I tend to pick up a book or use the PC instead when i'm not busy. I love scrapheap challenge or brainiac if i happen to catch a glimpse of it though.
- Your fav books/authorsI love the discworld stuff for the way it humourously points out a lot of human traits. Other than that Science Fiction opens a whole universe of possibilities and alternate worlds.
- What sort of movies do you like?Again, science fiction and fantasy are favourites. I enjoy films with dark endings as i think there is way too much of everything turning out right in the end, hollywood style. To name a few films ? V for Vendetta is an awesome film. So is Shrek - that's got to be one of the best love stories there is even though it's a cartoon. I really don't like stuff that's too real world - as i said i'm an escapist.
- Types of people you like?Relaxed people who don't expect anything from you or pressure you into doing what they want. Most of my friends are like that.
- What kind of people do you find attractive? Quiet people attract me, but so do ones who'll stand up for themselves. Anybody who likes to create unnecessary drama really bugs me. Other than that easy-going, open people are nice to be around. This is a hard one to answer - how do you define 'attractiveness' ?
- FoodI'd rather avoid this question - i'm a terrible eater with a really bad diet. There are very few things i like. You eat what you like and don't worry about me...... :)
- DrinksI'm a very rare / light drinker - it just doesn't interest me at all. Saying that I don't mind being around people who are drinking unless they get aggressive with it. On the rare occasion i have got drunk, i just get giggly and see the ridiculous side of life even more.
- HolidaysNot been away for quite a while as when you do go, you're surrounded by people in couples....tends to get me down a bit. So instead i stay around my home patch and meet up with friends and do loads of stuff locally while i'm on holiday. I also tend to catch up on jobs. I like english holidays in particular - if I was with somebody i'd love the holiday time to be alone with them for an extended period in different surroundings. I certainly wouldn't be staying at home then.
- PetsI like all types of animals, usually much better than i like people. I've had dogs, cats, rabbits and fish around all my life.
- Fav thingIt'd have to be my bikes. I'd give up many things before i finally let my motorcycles go. Even the car would go before the last bike - i've lived without cars before so a little wet or cold weather doesn't bother me too much.
- Fav PlaceCountryside pubs - I spend a lot of the summer out on the bike in the evenings after work, sat on a pub patio with a coke watching the sunset...
- What's your favourite radio station ?I never listen to it apart from my alarm clock - and that's usually on for a matter of seconds with me growling 'shut the hell up' at it. :)
- What's your favourite tv station ?Sky's Horror Channel - i'm a bit of a 'B' movie fan when i do watch TV.
- What's your favourite drink?Alcoholic - Either a GodFather or Malibu on ice, or a nice cold beer if i'm thirsty. Non-Alcoholic - water i guess, i drink a lot of it as I don't drink tea or coffee.
- What's your favourite food?Dammit - food again ! Crisps. Chocolate is OK too but crisps win hands down.
- What are your favourite activities?Riding the bikes in derbyshire, watching sunsets, fireworks, warm lazy summer days doing a bit of mechanics work on the bikes in the back garden. Ten pin bowling, cinema visits, live rock music in a rock pub i go to, visiting friends.
My attitude
- Family lifeI've grown up in a stable loving family, but there's just my mum and me left now. I'd get married if my partner wanted it to please them, but I don't need it myself - my partners commitment is enough. I'm not really interested in kids but again, if the person i was with really wanted them i'd definately consider it if things were working out well between us. Ideally I want a best friend and lover all rolled into one - might as well aim as high as possible eh ? :)
- Jobs&WorkingMy interest in technology and computers led me into the job I do, so it's a little more than just for the money. I could always switch to other work but i enjoy what I do. Saying that though, it is reasonably well paid and the prospects are OK.
- MoneyAs long as i have enough to pay the bills and a little to spend afterwards i'm content. More money is great, sure, but it's not worth working so hard you have no life.
- PoliticsPut all the politicians in a ring with clubs and let them fight it out. Whoever is left standing should be jailed for disturbing the peace. I really don't like anybody who makes a living telling others what to do. Wanting to be in politics should be sufficient reason to ban them from ever being in politics. But if I was with somebody who was political - fine by me as long as they don't try and convert me. :)
