About me

Where I liveIn a tiny village infested by chavs and the clinically insane. Means that things are either very quiet or swarming with police... Fun.
Do you want to stay there?Hell no. I'm a bit lost in cities but I'd like to be somewhere a little more active than here.
What is your occupation?When I'm not slaving away with the evils of college work I'm a cashier at somerfield. One day I WILL end up killing my boss.
What have you done so far?This is my my first job to stop me from leeching from my parents. In an ideal world it would also be my last but meh.
What are your future plans?Don't really have any. Just take things as they happen and hopefully work my way up in the way that seems to work: uni, bad job, pay off student loan, better job, etc etc...
Your perfect partnerI don't really have one. Don't really try to put people into the catagories of "people I like" and "people I don't". It limits the chances to get to know some great people and seems particularly snobbish.

Stuff I like

What are you interests/hobbies?I'm a bit of a bookworm and a music addict. I play violin, bass, and alto sax. I enjoy hiking and circuit training when I have time; I also have a passion for archaelogy and all things historic, and a love of debating... maybe I'm just stubborn.
MusicI'll listen to most music but particularly like heavy metal, classic rock, Queen (yay!), classical music providing it has oomph except Paganini which lacks oomph but is still amazing. I could ramble on for ages about music but I'm running out of space.
Your fav tv seriesNot much of a TV watcher
Your fav books/authorsYou name it I'll read it. Terry Pratchett and Terry Goodkind are particularly spectacular though.
What sort of movies do you like?Anything except chick-flicks. They drive me completely insane. I nearly spontaniously combusted from sheer boredom when watching the Break Up.
Types of people you like?So long as they have an open mind and basic intelligence I'll unleash myself on anyone.
What kind of people do you find attractive? Not overly fussed. I'd rather judge on how well i get on with someone than how good they look. People who think they're god's gift do tend to irritate me though, there's no need to act as though you're superior to all, and your little woman (or women) should worship you. It's not pleasant and quite insulting.
FoodI'm horribly addicted to Greek food. I'd happily live on Tzatziki if I could. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
DrinksI don't go overboard (learnt the hard way) but I enjoy going out to drink. Not so good with vodka...tends to get interesting.
HolidaysI've travelled round Europe on tour with the orchestra I play in. Don't holiday much other than that but I'd like to.
PetsI have a bit of a menagarie. A clinically insane dog, a deaf cat, the biggest goldfish in existence called Lucifer, and a little sister...ugh.
Fav thingHard question... probably my books. Don't know what I'd do without them.
Fav PlaceManchester. Most of my friends and family are there.
What's your favourite radio station ?Listen to radio 3 when I'm feeling particularly interlectual...ish

What's your favourite food?Big fan of Greek food
What are your favourite activities?I read, write, play various instruments with varying degrees of success, go to gigs, travel as much as my budget allows, anything that takes my fancy really
