Well i`m kev (whopee you shout),love people with sense of humour as i enjoy getting out and having a laugh. Carrying a few pounds (ahem maybe bit more) extra but out to get them off this year,weights for toning (beena couple of years since picked them babys up),golf for walking (i know sad game to some but does burn the calories the way i play searching for my balls,wink wink lol).
